Odds of getting a serp are really random. One time you can fish for 40 minutes and get 1 serpent, or get 3 in 2 minutes, then throw a net and get 2 krakens, one which has a SOS bottle. Fishing is like a box of chocolates. But smellier, and more adventurous.
