Just got windows 8 still finguring out everything on it. I hit alt enter to get into full screen on UO but now I can't get out of full screen hiting alt enter please help!

You can always go to Documents\EA Games\Ultima Online Legacy\User Data, open the folder for your account, then UOGamers, then your character, and open UO.cfg with a text editor (like notepad). You can turn off full screen by changing FullScreen=on to FullScreen=off.
