can i get my vendor refund

There is a way to move them... but it involves customizing your house (which may re-deed some furniture), it could be better to just dismiss this one and buy a new deed. They're cheap!
If you really want to move it, customize your house and place a wall where the vendor is currently standing and commit the design. You will see that the vendor disappears. You can then immediately customize again to remove the extra wall. After that, enter your house, move to where you want the vendor to be, left-click your character and select "Get Vendor" in the context menu. Select your vendor to re-place it at your current location.

thx for the tip, but with my super luck if i remove my vendor the next might be a Trump....
