Enforce SPELL macro?

Hey! I know there are macros in UOAssist to enforce primary and secondary abilities to be ON, but is there any way to do that with, in example, Counter Attack? Thanks in advance!

I don't think that's possible because these have a cast time and recovery... I will ask Kraz.
