Error while trying to make a second account

I keep trying to make a second account and keep get the error like there are to many accounts on my isp?

Often if you played before and never logged in, UODemise doesnt always wipe the accounts.
Too many accounts sharing the same ISP can also be a problem. It depends how many people in your household have accounts.

I checked the reset and only one account. My wife also has a account and only one for her also.

you will have mistyped your username at some point, and it will have created those accounts for you. so you probably already have 4 accounts on your IP, you will probably need to get in touch with the staff for this
