can any 1 ell me the timer on spawn rate i have been thee for about an hour looked every where and no fire steed. please help

They spawn once a day in the fire dungeon in Tram and Felucca.

They spawn just east of demons, but they walk anywhere it seems.

They only spawn once per day on demise.
