As I have begun fishing again I thought I would repost my findings and suggestions all in one post.
#1 First bug. Is boat collision with swimming mob corpses. This traps the fisherman and prevents him from going anywhere until all corpses have decayed. On OSI this doesn't occur.
Here is a small example of what I believe will fix it and what I believe they have done on osi. I believe having the corpse at z-3 or z 0 should prevent this from happening. From what I can visually detect. I believe it is suppose to be z-3 picture says z 3 was a typo.
#2 is Bones recovered from shipwreck can not be cut.
Skull, hip bone, and bone piles are all carvable.
#3 Deep sea serpent loot pack wrong.
Think it is currently like a few regs and 8 ribs on carve. ??!! =)

4 Black Pearl,4 Sulfurous Ash
Special: Level 2 Treasure Map, Message In A Bottle, Special Fishing Net,
Cut Up: 10 Horned Hides, 10 Raw Ribs, 8 Sea Serpent Scales
#4 Tamed goats are living garbage cans. They eat foot wear, ect.... Used by fisherman to get rid of undesired loot.
#5. Leg recovered from a shipwreck weighs 0 stones. Where all the other parts, head, arm, ect..weigh 10
