Anyone here gamble? post your best and worst experiences about gambling.

I have only played games in bars never in casinos. mostly blackjack and roulette.

My best experience about roulette was when i won about 180€ only with one number and one bet. I was talking on cell phone and i kept my bets on same number and around it for 3 times in row and the number came twice in row and my bet near it brought me bit more winnings. so i played 3 rolls and i won 180€ I use only small bets like .50-1 € bets on roulette most of the times.

And my worst experience in gambling... well blackjack game is my worst experience eventhough i play small bets 2-4€ table wins too often in blackjack.

I have lost about 150-300€ on blackjack but i have won about same amount from roulette in my whole life so i guess im guite lucky because i basically havent lost any money on gambling. :eek:
I gamble for fun not so much for money otherwise i would lose it all.

Sat down at an empty blackjack table at the Boomtown Casino in Harvey, Louisiana. First time I'd played blackjack in a casino.

As I change the $25 I brought with me to chips (My roomate and I were just hanging out, not really there to win money), I noticed it was a $20 table (Not a $5 table like I thought :-P). It was also a closed shoe table, meaning no other players would be joining.

Ahh well, I thought, I guess I'll get one hand in, then hit the $5 table for one hand.

One shoe later, I was walking out with $265 (It was $285, I left the dealer a $20 tip).

My roomate (Who'd had $10, and was playing the $1 video blackjack) walked out with $50 of her own.

All in all a good hour of fun :->

Congrats psz... gambling is nice only when you are there not to win just having fun and usually then you win... or what do you say psz? atleast i feel like it.

I only go to have fun, and I never over spend (If I run out, I'm out. No ATMs)

I generally bring a certain amount (Let's say $50).

If I win $50, the original $50 goes into my pocket, not to be taken out at all. This way I leave at least breaking even.

If I win $50 MORE, the other $50 goes into my pocket.

Etc etc etc
