Guards in Bases?

So what is up with guards begin allowed in faction bases? OSI definitely didnt allow it. Is defending the COM base too tough without it?

Complaining about anything regarding CoM is 100% useless.

Nothing negative will ever happen to that faction.

And yes, the guards in/directly next to bases are BS.
