How to get a pet bonded in this shard

Uo.stractics.com said Once I feed it , and own it for 7-days(either stable or with me)
And the feed it again, It would be bonded.

But some people said the pet should keep in the stable for 7 days without claimed.

I don't know which one is right in this shard.

Can someeone help me?

Feed, 7 days, feed again and it should be bonded. If not its a bug.

All pets i bonded have taken 7 days, in other words, i have never experienced this bug and quite honestly, i think its because people forget to feed their pets initially and then whine that its a bug.
