How to see my x'mas present?

I open x'mas present, but i can not see it in my bag.i update patch to ver.7.0.47.0, it also can not see,how can i do?

i use Razor ver.1.0.14.7 , i open present,some can see in my bag,some cannot see,only has weight in.
