You can't craft, you have to buy from people.
Not sure on the going rate for these, but there are quite a bit of these out there. But I don't think people like to give them up so much.

Hmm there were multiple avenues for these deeds. I wanted to say it started back in the day as a prize gifted by Mark or Tessa, then I think it progressed either as an xmas large gift or was it the older CUB.
I believe the green was the original character statue, because I remember we had a fuss (players did) when someone figured out how to get around that and had a different colored one, which then I think we just added the other hues as prizes in an event. But its from back at least when Tessa and Mark was still around.
