Is there some trick to posting Avatar?

Is there some trick to posting Avatar?

I have use avatar selected from options, but when going to avatar section it gives me no where to load picture. and the only options says;

- Do not use an avatar


Am I missing something?

I do not believe that is the correct asnwer, maybe someone more constructive can reply?

Avatars are currently only available to Admins. The reason Irina has one is because she was at one time a Moderator on these boards.
