You can always try going to Mount Sho which is located on Isamu-Jima and check to see if fire rabbits spawn

Though I don't think the Hitching post replica is available here

the hitching post came from the Christmas event that was done, I think that was the only way to get it. Will possibly be at other holiday events in the future i would assume.
