Latency and connection issues (READ)

Just to make you all aware, this morning two major internet providers had issues with routing/latency.

Level 3 and Verio both dropped around the same time this morning causing wide spread internet outages. These outages were NOT limited to the UO Gamers Hybrid server and were the host of many issues around the world. Verio and Level3 are Top Tier (Tier1) providers for the world’s internet. Outages of this magnitude are exceptionally devastating to anyone who runs a latency based service as routes get completely screwed up due to problems like this.

At this time these two providers are back online, but routes are still having problems so if you're experiencing latency or connection issues this is probably what it’s due to.

Seriosly tho, this is a company that the RunUO team obviously has some faith in, therefore I hope they will be able to sort these problems out ASAP.

TY 2 staff (apart from stupid Terron who caused this entire mess) for your continued work.
