LUNA plot OUTSIDE WALL

Looking to buy a decent size plot out side luna's walls would like something close to the wall post here with what you got and what your asking price is . Thanks

I have an 17x13 and a 13x11 side by side right outside the Luna walls, if you're interested.

The stairs count as a space, right? I forget. plots are 17x12 (dirt) and 13x10 (dirt).
