Ok so heres a better descripition:
i open razor and it says "Razor was unable to locate and load a suitable UO cliloc file. Some text may not be displayed."
next it opens the razor box
then it says "Razor was unable to locate and load a suitable UO cliloc file. Some text may not be displayed."
After that it says "Unable to launch the client specific. (Error: UKNOWN_ERROR) TwoD: "-null-" "
Then razor exits
