question about lv 4 chest dungeons

Hi guys, i'm training lockpicking, and i need lv 4 chest dungeons. i saw some places where i can find those chests, but, on demise, i went to those places, and the chests doesn't exist...

where can i find these chest? there's a good spot where i can finally get 100 for my lockpick?

I made a new character with tinkering and carpentry, and made boxes as I went along.
Then 95-100 I used the Satyr method in the Twisted Weald, died a few times but was worth the effort.
Have 100 LP on my Treasure hunter.
