Not only Vista, I can't with XP either, I think it has something to do with being patched all the way and Zippy not releasing an updated Razor patch/version to counter this.
i keep an old uoversion for playing razorvids, 6.0.3.1 still works, just use the razor startup dialog to choose that dir when you want to play a vid.
as for zippy not releasing an updated razor version : afaik the problem is hard to fix, as being able to play vids recorded with new version would break support for vids from old versions. ea changed the size of a fixed-size packet (0x25).
You patched too far, for some reason it crashes past 6.0.3.1 you may just have to wait for the next razor update unless u can get ahold of that client version
