STAT GAIN

I think stat gain on Demise is still a little bugged

A while ago it was changed to match the way stats are gained on OSI.
You gain in stats as you play the game with your character

A few months ago while using my scribe I was losing stats in DEX and gaining in INT which was fine it was what I wanted to do

I had my stats set like this
STR set to gain
DEX to drop
INT set to gain

Inscription has Intelligence as primary and Dexterity as secondary stat gains
I was dropping DEX stats and gaining INT stats
EDIT.*Which doesn't make any sense because I was not at my stat cap*

But once my INT hit cap (125) I still kept losing DEX stats but not gaining any other stat

I don't understand how I can lose stats making scrolls

My stat cap is 230 but I was under my cap
I was at 220 when I hit 125 INT leaving me room to add 10 more stat points

I did not gain a stat point until my DEX dropped 5 points and went down to 10
Once DEX was at 10 I started to gain in STR
