Changes/Fixes/Updates:

Tailor Footwear LBODs (http://www.uodemise.com/forum/showthread.php?p=580668)

Remove Curse once you got blood oathed, you will always have in return the message about the cleaning of blood oath effect (http://www.uodemise.com/forum/showthread.php?t=118815)

All spells have a target range of 10 tiles, except for Teleport, which is 11.

Ninjitsu' Animal Form should consume mana (ML change) (http://www.uodemise.com/forum/showthread.php?t=118959)

Leather Footwear shouldn't be cut down

Female elves can wear both of elven robes

Added Monks and monk robes (Monks need to be spawned) (http://www.uodemise.com/forum/showthread.php?t=118526)

Shadow Wisps are now Karma neutral

Ranged weapons base damage should be corrected (ML intended) (http://www.uodemise.com/forum/showthread.php?t=119783)

6.0.14.2 client is now usable.

the monks are already spawned actually, i just stumbled upon 2 of them in a very strange location... lol. ill b the guy at the bank rawking a monk robe
