Tailoring stuck at 119.0

I've burned through 1000+ bones making bone leggings and not a single .1 gain.

Any suggestions?

bone tunics, or join a faction and get the stat loss and make regular leather tunics while in stat loss.

Edit ~ stat loss is a fairly short time so be fast about getting urself resed and back to ur supplies if you choose that route. be prepaired to die a lot...

join another character in a different faction, then kill your character that you want to gain on.
