UO/Razor data migration

I know there are a couple discussions with this information, but I am having a devil of a time locating them quickly.

What are the key file locations that need to be copied over in order to preserve your Razor macros and spell tile layouts for your character profiles, like ..\AppData\Roaming\Razor

I would also like to know all the locations of files that need to move in order to get my spell tiles back in the right locations on my fancy new computer machine.

Some files are C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\EA Games\Ultima Online Legacy\User Data

What other files need to be moved?
