Yea this absolutely did not improve ping for me, on the west coast.

Eh it didn't make it any worse so I'm not too worried. Its not like 20 lower ping would help my PvP that much at all. Ping doesn't kill people :/ (Well not unless you're at 2000!)

What's there to understand Paracelsus? U live butt-ass far away from the server thru no fault of ur own. I would host u if u like, come live and work in the middle of the usa. You could setup in my basement and ping 20 till ur eyeballs fall out. U would have to change some dirty diapers till we got u a full time gig

Today, I will start to dig the ground. If the direction is correct, I may travel through the centre of the earth and reach your basement soon. So, please make sure to have a bed ready for me. I will arrive at any day (of the coming 10 biillion years). I cannot imagine how my pvp will be if my ping is dropped by 50-80%. Maybe I will find that the network improvement is useless to me as my rusty finger cannot follow and need 500ms to press a hotkey.

My range of ping is now 105-155 as opposed to 95-125, It did make it worse.

I pinged 40-50 before the move and now 60-80. It is weird because I move much smoother than before and I don't have lag spikes anymore.

Its really not a game changer to be honest. I have always been over a 100 ping and I never could compete with the best dulers who ping at 10-30, I notice the difference there, but in the field I don't see too much, even if it went up by 20 or so.:/

Would if I could lol. To be fair I usually hunt tamers and 1v1 so I don't have a large group of people making me laggy, but even then I barely notice a difference :/

I usually play tamer and wait for pks to rape me. Maybe we are in the predictor-prey relationship. You are welcome to come catch me and I will enjoy it. But I am not good pvper so don't expect me doing normal pvp. I am a tricky dungeon rat not easy to be caught. And sometimes feeds on cats. Yummy!

I always (hmmm, except some very special cases) 1 vs ? on my tamer. So, if you are solo red, you can expect 1 vs 1.

I appreciate you're trying to make things better by moving the server but my lag really worsened, from max ping of 150 ms to sometimes 360 with random lag spikes..
hope you will move soon again I live in europe btw

the lag is started *usually* from 9:00 AM EST(10:00PM in Seoul Korea or Tokyo Japan).
I don't know when this lag is finished. because if I faced this lag, Usually I'm going to sleep.
I like this server. and my fateful enemy Japanese(OI KORA, SUM41) also likes pvping at this server.
but, when we face this lag even if before we've fought, we start talking about this lag in front of Del pond.
and then few minutes later we're go to bed with cursing this lag.

Please fix this network issue. I can provide what I can to fix this issue.
(Actually, I'm working at wireless network device(WiMAX and LTE) development team irl . I think my knowledge will be helpful to fix this issue.)
