The following changes have been applied to Demise:

• Fixed disguise kit and custom hairstylist gumps.
• Custom hairstylists now show all options regardless of bank balance.
• Added support for elves to the custom hairstylist.
• Fixed incorrect label on tinker's tools (from "tool kit").
• Heartwood and Sanctuary quests for tinker's tools now accept both store-bought and crafted versions.
• Fixed butcher's war cleaver skinning ability.
• Added UOSteam guild tracking, must be enabled using: [guildtracking

As for runic fletching kits, we are currently checking other archery mechanics for accuracy (things like shooting delays). This should prevent any imbalance after the introduction of new weapons.
