I would suggest to make it easier to get to, because i know that probably 90% of new players don't even know we have a forums or even go on the website, so they wouldn't be using it. There should be a easy way for new players to access it.

i have an idea make a link stone like a guild stone that when you click on it it loads the knowledge base. and have one at every new player starting point!!!
