just curious what items a faction scribe can make and if there is any point in being one..

Stratics says you can make scrolls (harm, fireball, flamestrike, well, any direct-damage spell I believe) and enhance on staffs (I don't know if in black staffs, gnarled staff... maybe all staffs) with silver coins.
After that the mace will have "hit flamestrike" or something like that.
