wtf crashing

everytime i go to log in everything goes fine, but when i click a character to log in as, it goes to put me in then it just says client has stopped working and shuts down. anyone know why?

what client (patch) are you using?

Patch your client to the latest patch and try connecting then. To at least 7.0.23.1

how do i patch it i think im doin somethin wrong

Right click and run your client as admin. Don't use razor for this time, just bring up the client.exe. It should begin to autopatch. Once it's done, x it out and log in normally
