Yew gate house, exactly one screen north of the gate. You can see the location from the mini map. More vendor traffic than I am capable of keeping up with. I would like a PC please. Something larger or different may fit, I've never tried.

Sorry man you're out of sight from the Yew Moongate so that house is probably 1-2 million? Hard to say. House prices have been so screwed up lately.

But I think you may be able to make that house one size bigger to the left. I would check on it during sever wars

That's probably about right. Yew vendor houses are not what they used to be. Yes there is the possibility of traffic. However, no one has updated any vendors of note in like 8 months. It's just a vendor graveyard now.
