house resize

when i resize my house do i need to move every thing out to a different place or do i get a moving crate?

When you rise your house from 7x7 to biger one you will need to secure your items in another house any others items will be moved to the house sign after you make new house.
When you're customizing your old house and one of new wall are in positions of any of your lock / secure items he will be moved to the moving crate.

When u say secure items doni mean like my locked chest and cabinets will go to the signs moving crate? Ur nit items like a locked down suit of armor, so as long as it's in a container it will go to moving crate?

If you're customizing a house, yes
When you're re size your house basically you destroy old house and make new, bigger one, each item will drop on ground not on moving crate box.
