How do i adapt the hours to my location?

I bet the Title is completely un-understandable xD

so, my question is, given a certain hour, for example, the one at the CiV Scavenger Hunt Thread, "Sunday at 7:00PM EST" how do i know what hour is that where i am??? (Buenos Aires, Argentina)

That site is simple enough to use i think..
Just look for EST in the from list and select where you are on the to list once you have setup the date / time

EST = GMT-5 hours
CST = GMT-6 hours

Dont forget I had to move the scavenger hunt due to server wars (stupid me). Its now at 7:30PM EST

Another really easy way is to set your computer's time zone to whatever one you're trying to get the time for. Just double click the clock in the corner.
