I am GM Scribe. 100 Inscription and 115 Intel . I have gone thru 76 scrolls trying to make a Vampiric Embrace scroll. I do not need food, I have made several complete books. UO Stradics says" Vampiric Embrace 23 Int/Mana 98.6 skill 100% Sucess". There are several others that are not what is specified also. What is wrong please. Is it a bug?

wrong forum! anyways, this has been mentioned before but Asayre made it too hard. he will fix it back in next update.
