i thought these dropped as loot from any monster in the 3 islands? im sure it is very rare but does it still drop? and does it matter on luck and the type of monster? and if not where is the best place to get them treasures?

So, for now, you can not get ToTs from Tokuno.

leme tell u. this free server is hard. so expect to work your ass in it. no easy life here.
