Uo steam guild or party chat macros

Hi there I wonder if anybody know how to make a guild, or party chat macro with a touch of a button.

like this / hello party chat what is up
or this \ hello guild chat what is up

This would be very cool for me if I can figure this out, or if it really work.
If razor, or uo say macro in option will work then thats a plus just let me know thank you.

maybe teamspeak ??? this can make party know all you can say all them like:

what is up

and they maybe reply

and for paty
partymsg 'hello party chat what is up'
