Where to obtain spellweaving scrolls?

While i am training my spellweaving at Umbra Arcane circle, i need to know how and where can i get the full spellweaving book

The book comes from doing the initial quest with a few spells in it
The remainder come from

Killing ML creatures

Player vendors

Ask Bama she usually has some laying around

Changelings are an excellent source of SW scrolls. (That's where I farmed all of mine)

Also of note:
Summon Fey comes from the Friend of the Fey quest. (Link: http://www.uoguide.com/Friend_of_the_Fey )
Summon Fiend comes from the Fiendish Friends quest. (Link: http://www.uoguide.com/Friend_of_the_Fey )
Both of which cannot be cast until you complete their respective quests.
