On OSI, two versions of an Aegis of Grace exist:
- The circlet version, which looks like a regular circlet (Both human and elf versions exist)
- The dragon helm version, which looks like a regular dragon helm (Both human and elf versions exist)
On UODemise, we do not have the circlet version, but we do have the dragon version.
According to UOGuide (http://www.uoguide.com/Aegis_of_Grace), UOStratics (http://uo.stratics.com/database/view.php?db_content=gameitem&id=2594), and FOF by EA [Presented by UOGuide] (http://www.uoguide.com/Five_on_Friday_-_June_30,_2006), EA intended for Aegis of Grace to look like a circlet, but due to unforeseen consequences, the dragon helm Aegis of Grace was produced instead. Circlet versions of Aegis of Grace were implemented shortly afterwards. Both versions coexist. One notable realization is that the circlet version is MED-ABLE while the dragon helm version is not.
I propose that circlet Aegis of Grace be implemented soon. They look so damn sexy on humans (According to me anyways).
