Not sure how this slid by without being noticed -

The rule for a ban applies to EVERYONE. This is not something that is a one way street. Respect goes both ways - so yes, if a nonEnglish speaker starts slamming English speakers, they will be held to the rule the same as an English speaker attacking a nonEnglish speaker
