conexion lost in win 8

I have windows 8 and use uosteam + client 2 d ultimate version .
the server say me :conexion lost.
you need install next version

I download uosteam of the page uodemise version,but follow failed the conexion.

but in other pc, same client + uosteam ultimate version. + windows 7, yes work perfect. I need work in windows 8 . someone can help me please?.
