Customizing House

when we save the house design during customising, are we saving it to the server or inside our uo folder?? Can someone shed some light??

If it is saving to our hard disk, which file is it ? and is it possible to edit it and having that design on another house instead as if we are transferring the design to another house.

When you save a house, it saves to the server, because if you made a design and traded to another account or player, they can view your design when customizing as well. (I don't know if it saves to a uo folder as well.)
