If anyone needs helps designing a house, pm me.

I will have you transfer your house to me.
I will design the plot in customize mode and save the design.
I will not commit the design when it is completed.

Once I have finished the design, I will transfer the house back to you.
The owner can then go into customize mode and view the house for themselves.

If the owner does not like the design, there is no obligation to commit it.
If the owner does like the design they can commit it when they are able - immediately or at a later time.

I am not charging for this. The only expense is the cost of the house design.

There is no need to move anything other than guild stones. I will make the owner a co-owner while I am in possession of the house. You will not be able to access the house while I am in custom mode.

House sellers - have me design a house to transfer with plots you sell. It costs nothing to you and it's an added selling feature.

This would be helpful since a lot of people apparently are really bad at custom designs. Box city in a lot of places, but I'm guessing that is to avoid AoE spells and whatnot.

My old house was purely for desgin, boy was that a mistake.

custom house cost ot much fucking money for me to put stone walls and 2 things to trap mares on a 14x15 it cost me a 100k

I dont doubt countessa's credential, but watch out for identity theif/scam artist who try to take advantage.

some simple measures should be taken to prevent this from happening.
