Do Life Leech properties stack?

Hi all,
let's say I am in vampiric form and use a soulseeker.
what's my life leech rate then:

1. 20% + 40% = 60% (properties add up)
   OR
2. 40% (the highest property)
   OR
3. 20%, and 40% (properties do not mix)

Which is true?

Our leech don't work as per osi.

The 40% on weapon is the % chance of leeching a fix amount. I believe its 20% of damage.

And yes they "stack" vamp and life leech will give you 20% each hit from vamp and you will have 40% chance to hit life leech for an extra 20%.

Life leech mechanic and vampiric embrace/curse weapon arent the same.

Life leech is the % to leech based off what your weapon property is for a flat ammount. On here its always the (i dont know what the % is i know mana is 40% of your damage)

Vampiric Embrace gives you 20% of your damage every hit as life
and Curse weapon gives you 50% of your damage every hit as life.

Also they do stack. So if you have vampiric embrace you will get 20% of your damage back every hit and if your life leech proc of your weapon goes off you get the flat % off that too stacking additive.

same mechanic also if you have Vampiric Embrace Curse weapon and life leech. You will get 70% of your damage back as life from the 2 necro spells, and if life leech from weapon goes off that as well. I think not 100% sure that life leech is 30% of your damage if the proc goes off.
