To exchange points for prizes you simply use the vendor located in the display area(through the yellow moongate).
If what you meant was, "How do I exchange event points with other players other than myself?", I would imagine it would be a trade based on trust.
They could purchase the item for you with their points in exchange for gold and vise versa?

Yes, that was what I meant. How to exchange the actual points (not prizes). I guess I need to stop playing events on different characters and just commit one character to events only. Thank you for the information.
