exceptional crafted armor VS Magic armor: A question of durability

Does anybody know specifics on exceptional crafted armors durability compared to its magic equivalent?

Magic armor comes in different levels, including: Durable, Substantial, Fortified, massive, indestructable

Lets take for example an exceptional crafted plate helmet. Is its durability Greater then magic indestructable? Equal to indestructable? Equal to one of the others?(massive, fortified, whatever)

Anybody know?

Not important Im just curious. Just gonna end up eating Ebolts and lightnings all day anyways who uses a weapon

Exceptional is a multiplier for the Armor Rating category of the armor. I.e. exceptional/invulnerable would be stronger than just invulnerable. Similar to weapons; however, it is not possible with armor. This is because exceptional cannot be paired with a strength category with armor.

Spined, horned, and barbed runic sewing kits add durability to the armor but it is still just exceptional in terms of its Armor Rating.

If you are looking for durability, then strength and greater strength armor are the way to go. Exceptional is not the Droid you are looking for.

In the past, I remember faction blessed exceptional leather armor had a higher armor rating than non-faction blessed. Not sure now though.
