Effective after server wars tonight:

• Faction tracking range is doubled in towns your faction controls or inside your own stronghold.
  

Strongholds need to increase all factioners tracking.

The current rules have TB way overpowered. Two guilds have already rushed the faction.

We need to balance this shiz
