That's Iris2, an open-source alternative to the UO client. It supports 2d as well as full 3d.

Anyway, remember that using it in Demise is a bannable offence. You can read why here: http://www.uodemise.com/forum/showthread.php?t=101042

P.S. and what about Demise TC? :)

edit for who posted at the same time as me: only psz is authorized to use it in Demise ;) (unless things changed but I'm sure that no)
