Has anyone seen a Scrapper's Compendium Recipe on Demise?

I might have completed more than 100 eligible quests with no luck.

i have question about it. on uo guide is some diff info.
It says it can come out exep with some bonus mods, but in other rand on the image its says chance 30% ( CANT BE EXP Crafted).

so ? huh.

If your talking bout making exp scrappers, on OSI you could make a exp scrappers and get up to 3 extra mods, on top of the base mods it has.. depending on ur skills on char ur crafting em with

Uo guide uses a base for that from skill only we have tallys that can give us i think 30 to craft and 25% exp or 30% exp max
