Ok,

I'm one of the noobs looking for a house. I like house 4 on your list. But I checked this one out and had a question, is the Reaper thats beside the house, always going to spawn there? I'm working up my skills and imagine soon he won't be able to eat me.... but, I'm not looking for a place that won't be constantly annoying.

I was under the impression there was no spawn here...
I just checked it out and it was clear..

Im not 100% positive but i think #4 has no spawn around...

(Note : House #1 SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD)
