eh, not really. most of the people with necro in their templates either have LRC equipped, carry small stacks of what they need and no more to keep weight down, or carry small pvp pouches for 'em.
just stock up enough for your own uses, and when you think you've got more than you'd ever use, i'd suggest not bothering to loot 'em.
PS- if you're curious, check the vendor shops. the reg-sellers always have commodities full of necro regs. kinda pointless since every time i've gone to gypsies north of meer village, they have 999 of each.
