Need a pvp crew quick

I am feeling like I need to be part of something. As to PvP, I do it right. With a great crew, I could be ON every single night (around 6 PM US time). And believe me I just want to prove WE CAN DO IT without numbers or cheap tricks. So I would be delighted to assist some team to become an ace team.
