The New Player Training System
New Haven will be the starting point of your adventures as a new player of Demise. You will begin right next to the bank. Here there is an orange box filled with gear, take what you need to get started based on your character's future template. After you grab your items, you can either do new haven quests in order to gain newbie blessed gear, or you can head to the moongate. Once you reach the moongate, head to trammel Britain, then run north one screen. Here you will find the Brit Gate Rune Library & Vendor Co.

Features include a rune library, vendors, telepad system, dye tubs, and vendor malls directory
Rune Library: This is a public rune book library with every important location marked with one of the books.
Vendors: There is a huge wall of vendors on the back side of the building. These vendors typically have competitive prices and are a great place to find a good deal.
Dye Tubs: There is a full dye tub collection for your use located on the east side of the building. Dyes are located underneath each dye tub.
Vendor Malls Directory: On the east side of the building is telepads linking to various player vendor malls.
Telepad System: Located at the front of the building, there are 6 telepads for quick access to various locations.
The Quick Access Telepad System
Despise Dungeon + Newbie Training: This is the best dungeon for new players. You can practice on lizardmen (use a blade on their corpse to get spined leather), or you can go down and hunt ettins/ogre lords. If you happen to die, there are two Ankhs of Sacrifice located at the building. Also, you can go through the telepad back to Britain moongate. There is also a new player training area here. Provided is a full library of all the skills and how to gain in them with macros written out. Also, there is a pickpocket dip & training dummy along with lockingpicking chests. We also will be adding newbie friendly vendors that sell cheap resists armors for your training.
Destard Dungeon: Here you can fight dragons. It is only recommended to travel here once you have trained your character up at least 5x GM.
Hythloth Dungeon: This is a dungeon on the Isle of the Avatar. It has a good mix of medium to hard level monsters.
Yew Bank/Empath Abbey: Here you can use the bank with quick access. Simply walk west to the north of the bank and stand along the wall then yell bank.
Animal Trainer Stables: There are a couple animal trainers that wander in this area. If you don't see one immediately, walk to the north-east and you should run into one within a screen or two. Say "stable" or "claim list" to store or claim your pets.
Luna Bagball & Chess: This is made for entertainment purposes. There is a fighting pit, a lifesized chess board, and bagball. Also included is a bar and the in-game board games such as chess, checkers, and dice. This is also south of Luna so if you need to run to Luna it is a short walk north through the gate.

The Knights of Virtue [KoV] guild is a group of veteran players who strive to help new players of Demise. We devote our resources and time to making sure new players are properly supplied with the tools to success. The most common form of this help is by giving a 100% full medable LRC starter suit for training Margery, Chivalry, and Necromancy without the need of reagents. We also help new players with any questions they might have.
If you are a new player looking for a guild to help you start out and guide you in the right direction, we are open to you joining. Also, if you are a player who would like to join to help new players out either by answering questions or providing resources, you are welcome to join as well. Either send me a private message or find a [KoV] in game.
